The United Earth Republic is a democratic initiative to determine whether humanity wants a unified sovereign government.
This site publishes a proposed framework, accepts submissions of democratic intent, and displays country totals. The institutions described here are proposals to examine, build, and ratify. Independent certification, a complete versioned constitutional text, and stronger privacy protections remain necessary.
Submission System
Identity-document submissions receive administrator review. Independent election certification remains to be established.
Public Dashboard
Published country aggregates need documented provenance and reconciliation before they can establish verified global consent.
Our Principles
No coercion. Participation is entirely voluntary and self-directed.
No force. The framework activates only through verified democratic consent.
Only consent. Every step requires the genuine will of the people.
Who Is Behind This?
UER is currently a maintained proposal and website with centralized administration. Its future governance must earn trust through named responsibility, published decisions, and independent scrutiny. A description of decentralized institutions is not evidence that those institutions already exist.
Accountable Stewardship
Public stewardship records, responsibilities, funding disclosures, and conflict-of-interest rules need to be established.
Independent Verification
External election, privacy, and security review are required work. This site does not claim certification by an independent election auditor.
Versioned Proposals
Publish the text people are asked to accept, retain dated corrections, and seek fresh consent for material changes. Ballot-to-version binding remains to be implemented.
Practical Learning
New Vibe City and its Bank provide experience with basic income, public money creation, and operational recovery. Those results inform UER without proving a worldwide economic outcome.

Origin
A Question, Not a Movement
The initiative began as a simple question: would humanity, given a transparent and verifiable choice, choose to govern itself as one people? Drafting the constitutional framework took priority over any organizing or campaigning.

A Proposal Informed by Experience
The economic design now draws on NVC payment mechanics, public funding rules, and recorded failures. Its sources, unresolved questions, and limits are published alongside the proposal.

If Accepted
A Lawful, Tested Transition
Majority consent in every sovereign nation remains the proposed prerequisite. Lawful ratification, independent verification, and service readiness would be needed before institutions or currencies change.
